Reviews at two levels

After order is delivered, customer can rate the order items and delivery. This helps in identifying key issues in product and service.

1. Business
2. Store

At Business level, Reviews received at all the stores can be viewed at one place, whereas at Store level, Reviews received at that particular store can be viewed.

There are two types of ratings -

• Order ratings (Order feedback)
  • Item rating
  • Delivery rating
  • Comment
• App ratings (App feedback)
  • App rating
  • Comment
