Refund Policy

If the amount has been deducted using UPI, net banking, wallet or cards and the order is not yet confirmed, you need not worry.

Our system will wait for 10 minutes for confirmation from the bank.

If payment is confirmed within 10 minutes, we will mark the order placed.

If the payment is confirmed after 10 minutes, the order will be rejected and refund will be initiated automatically.

In case of cancellation of the order, the refund will be initiated instantly and you will receive a mail regarding the same.

After the refund is initiated, it takes 5 to 7 days to get the amount back in your account.
